In addition to the hundreds of people I work with in my clinic, I am a mom, a wife, and an aunt to 60 nieces and nephews. I have seen first-hand the results of what ignoring and putting off your wellness looks like.
Putting things off can cause: loss of energy for daily activities, poor sleep, irritability, depression, difficulty concentrating, aches and pains, not feeling connected to people you love, not working effectively at work, memory issues, fatigue and much more.
I have also seen so many folks that simply lose hope because they are overwhelmed or unsure how to take meaningful wellness steps that are right for their bodies and that can improve the way they feel.
